We offer shipping within the United States and to select international destinations. Certain remote locations may not be eligible for delivery. If your address falls outside our shipping zones, you will be notified during checkout.

Shipping costs vary based on the chosen method, delivery address, and total weight of your order. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout for your review.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak shopping seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 days. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Delivery Timeframes

Skipali is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to expedite the resolution process. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-send the package.
